Guide states you may see

Published

Approved for public use. The page shows an exact last-reviewed date.

Needs review

The review interval elapsed or a change report arrived. The guide stays live only while no error is confirmed.

Temporarily unavailable

Under correction, permission review, or technical investigation. The player is withdrawn and related guides are offered instead.

Outdated

A material mismatch with the product is confirmed. The interactive guide is withdrawn until the steps are corrected.

Retired

The product or workflow no longer exists. The explanation stays; the actionable steps are removed.

Corrections and removals

Every guide displays an exact last-reviewed date. Vague wording such as “always up to date” is never used.

A reported issue enters a review queue with the guide, the suspected step, the reporter note, and the date.

Known wrong instructions are paused rather than left standing while a rewrite is scheduled.

Product owners can request a correction or a removal at any time, and permission evidence is kept for every client label, logo, and testimonial.

Trademarks

Product names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Independent guides are not affiliated with or endorsed by the products they cover.
